Chris Thorburn brings over a decade of hands-on experience in agriculture, combined with a background in global commodity trading in Switzerland and Singapore. For the past 11 years, he’s worked as a farm manager overseeing cropping, livestock, and vineyard operations. As a CASA certified Drone Pilot (RePL) & Chief Remote Pilot (ReOC), Chris is now taking his expertise to the skies, offering specialised drone contracting services to help farmers make smarter, data-driven decisions. Based in Tocumwal, Chris is passionate about blending technology with agriculture to deliver real value to rural communities. When he’s not flying drones, he enjoys life on the land with his wife and two children.
